Our PDO Feta is produced on the volcanic island of Lemnos according to a traditional recipe, using local sheep and goat milk. The island's flora and microclimate, influenced by the sea breeze, give the milk a powerful flavor. The Feta is then aged in barrels for at least two months before being bottled.
