How can I track my order?
You can track your order from the tracking email or SMS sent when your order is shipped. You can also find tracking information for your order on the "Orders" page of your personal space.
Can all products be delivered to my address?
Some products cannot be shipped to all addresses. The list of products with delivery restrictions is subject to change based on shipping conditions and local legislation. When shopping online, select the country of your delivery address to receive a personalized product selection (products with delivery restrictions to your address will not be visible).
Are taxes and customs fees included in the purchase price?
To provide the best shopping experience, customs fees and local taxes are included in the purchase price whenever possible. When we are unable to include customs fees and/or local taxes, a message will inform you at checkout.
Our online shopping cart has been designed to provide clear and accurate information regarding taxes and customs fees. In rare cases, customs fees may apply upon delivery; we make every effort to minimize these situations.

Can a third party receive my order for me during home delivery?
Your order cannot be given to a third party. If you would like someone else to receive your order on your behalf, you can provide them with the personal, secret code sent by the carrier. You will not be released from liability upon receipt of this order, and the distribution of your personal, secret code will be your responsibility. If you do not receive a personal, secret code for the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service to modify the delivery instructions.
Will my signature be required upon delivery of my order?
Our delivery service providers may need to verify your identity and ask for your signature upon delivery of your order. Some service providers may also use PIN systems, personal QR codes, and any other method deemed appropriate by the service provider. In this case, you will need to follow the service provider's instructions to obtain delivery of your order.
When delivering your order, please bring proof of identity and any means of identification provided by the service provider responsible for delivering your order.
Can I have an order delivered to multiple addresses?
We are able to deliver an order to a single address. To make multiple deliveries to multiple addresses, multiple orders must be validated.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on the date and time slot chosen, however, exceptional circumstances and various factors may impact your delivery.
For deliveries to Paris and the Île-de-France region, a 30-minute tolerance is applied for delivery within a 2-hour time slot.
For deliveries in mainland France and Monaco, delivery may take place up to 24 working hours after the chosen time slot.
For all other deliveries, delivery may take place up to 48 working hours after the chosen time slot.
