What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Mes Saisons Le Club vouchers and Les Saisons gift cards.
Some payment methods may not be accepted locally.
Is payment in installments available?
Grocery items cannot be financed in installment payments. Payment in installments is currently not available.
In what currency will I be billed?
The payment currency will be adjusted based on the delivery country and will be visible in your shopping cart summary. If your local currency is not available, you will be billed in euros (EUR).
Can I benefit from promotional codes?
We are offering promotional codes on an exceptional basis. You will need to enter the code during checkout to apply the discount.
My Seasons Le Club members benefit from exceptional offers and discounts accessible from their personal My Seasons Le Club space. To benefit from these offers and discounts, members must enter the applicable promotional code when validating their shopping cart.
How can I find out the final price before confirming my purchase?
The final applicable price including all taxes, customs fees, discounts and delivery charges will be displayed in the cart summary before payment is confirmed.
When will I be charged?
Payment will be processed upon validation of your order. In the event of total or partial cancellation of your order, we will immediately refund you.
How long is a Les Saisons gift card valid for?
Les Saisons gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Expired gift cards cannot be used or reactivated.
