Our balsamic vinegar is made from balsamic vinegar aged for 5 years in oak barrels. We add our petimezi—a cauldron-cooked Corinthian grape must—at the end of the aging process to create delicious sweet notes on the finish. Light in acidity and velvety, it contains no additives (no trace of caramel) or added sugar. You'll appreciate its notes of red fruits, honey, and quince.
