With no additives, no caramel and no added sugar, our pomegranate balsamic vinegar is made from grape vinegar aged for 5 years in oak barrels in the Peloponnese, Corinthian grape must and pomegranate concentrate, harvested fresh in Greek Macedonia then pressed directly on site to extract the juice and its unique taste.
