How can we enhance and round out the flavor of foie gras? As epicureans, we chose to add 6% Tuber Melanosporum and 100% natural truffle juice for a more subtle result on the palate.
From free-range farming, we showcase whole foie gras from the Southwest. Our locally sourced foie gras is meticulously selected outdoors in the heart of Chalosse (Landes), then bottled in Urrugne, in the Basque Country. This truffle foie gras is the result of a collaboration with an artisanal farm in the Landes region renowned for its expertise.
