Crafted from over 30 varieties of Norman apples, this AOC Calvados reveals the full richness of its terroir. Fermented in vats then carefully distilled in a historic still dating back to 1923, it undergoes a minimum of two years of aging in oak barrels. The aging process begins in 400-liter barrels before a prolonged refinement in century-old casks, which preserve the fruity aromas while providing structure and complexity. With a clear amber color, it exudes notes of fresh apple, white flowers, and citrus. On the palate, vibrancy and amplitude combine with a delicate woody structure and a generous finish. An exceptional Calvados, to be enjoyed neat or in a cocktail.
