Aromatic profile: notes of exotic fruits and caramel

Off the beaten track, this "dark milk" is unclassifiable: halfway between dark chocolate and milk chocolate. In our factory, the beans are roasted over low heat, slowly ground with a stone mill, and matured for several weeks. A touch of caramelized milk brings roundness and indulgence to this exceptional bean from the Morropón region of Peru.
