Our mulberry honey is harvested in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park. It has a rich, sweet, and slightly tangy taste. It has notes of caramel and licorice, with a slight bitterness. It can have fruity nuances, reminiscent of ripe mulberry berries.

This honey has a thick, creamy texture. It can crystallize more slowly than other varieties of honey, giving it a smooth, creamy consistency even after some time.

Blackberries, also known as brambles, are climbing plants belonging to the Rosaceae family.
Wild brambles in Ardèche generally bloom between June and July. The plants are covered in small, delicate white or slightly pink flowers with five petals that form large clusters.

After flowering, the flowers of wild blackberries turn into edible fruits known as blackberries. They ripen later in the season, usually towards late summer or early autumn.
