The White Giusti sweet and sour condiment is obtained by gently pressing Trebbiano grapes, from which a particularly sweet juice is obtained. It is then blended with high-quality white wine vinegars and aged in French oak and ash barrels. This process preserves the grape's fruitiest and most floral aromas, creating a very mild condiment thanks to the contrast between the low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits. Fresh and balanced, it is extremely versatile and easy to use.
