Freshly canned sardines at the peak of the season, when they are at their tastiest and richest in Omega 3. Sardines landed in Brittany (responsibly sourced) and made the traditional way: the fish is prepared and canned by hand in Douarnenez. An oil-free marinade with lemon pulp for a truly fresh recipe. The slight white deposit that may appear is natural.
