How to return an item?
You can request a return directly from the "Orders" section of your Les Saisons personal account. A return label will be sent to you as soon as possible.
What is the time limit for returning an item?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request the return of one or more items. Some items may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal as indicated in our General Conditions of Sale.
Which items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable?
You can find the full list of items excluded from our 30-day return policy in our Terms and Conditions . Excluded from the 30-day return policy are perishable items, items whose packaging has been opened or damaged, or personalized items, for example.
Can I return an item purchased on sale or on promotion?
Items purchased on sale benefit from the exchange and refund conditions usually offered at Les Saisons.
Products purchased on sale have a right of return limited to 14 days from the delivery date.
How long does the return and refund take?
It may take 2 to 6 business days for your order to be returned to our warehouse from the day it was shipped. It may take 1 to 4 business days for your return to be processed and your refund processed. You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed.
The refund will be automatically issued to the payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
In case of payment by gift card, the card will be automatically re-credited with the refunded amount or, if applicable, a credit note valid for 6 months will be issued.
In the event of payment by Mes Saisons Le Club voucher, the voucher(s) will be re-credited to your account and will retain their initial expiry date.
