Fauchon has selected an assortment of delicious fruit jellies: apricot, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, morello cherry, and mandarin. These fruit jellies feature vibrant colors, faithful to those of the fruit. Melting in the mouth, they reveal a natural and delicious flavor, imparted by their high fruit content: 62% fruit pulp for the apricot, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, and mandarin, and 60% for the morello cherry. Only the pulp of the selected fruit is used to make the fruit jellies, guaranteeing a natural and pronounced taste. Our fruit jellies are produced in small quantities from fruits renowned for their taste quality. Their preparation follows artisan processes. The fruit jellies are slowly cooked in the open air, in copper cauldrons to preserve the fruit flavor. They are then cut with a guitar and finely coated by hand with sugar.
