A winter-like white tea with delicate notes of orange, an exceptional, minimally oxidized tea with a thousand virtues. Our organic white tea stands out for its delicate, bitter-free taste, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.

INGREDIENTS

Soft WHEAT flour type "0", fresh BUTTER, sugar, pasteurized EGG yolk of category A, water, sourdough starter, candied chestnut pieces 20% (chestnuts, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), dark chocolate 70% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), natural vanilla flavouring), honey, candied orange paste, candied lemon paste, vanilla paste (glucose syrup, sugar, water, natural Bourbon vanilla extract, caramelised sugar), sea salt, WHEAT malt, Bourbon vanilla pods.

ICING: sugar, ALMONDS, egg white, rice flour, corn starch, powdered glucose.

COATING: 70% dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin (SOY), natural vanilla flavouring), water, sugar, glucose, 95% alcohol.

DECORATION: dark chocolate shavings (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter (MILK) emulsifier: SOY lecithin (E322) (SOY). Cocoa 50% min.

May contain traces of sulfites and nuts.
