The PDO Pistou and Parmesan Croquets from Biscuiterie de Provence are among the favorites in the range! Appreciated for their crunchiness, their strong taste of basil and Parmesan, and their almond flakes, these little aperitif biscuits have it all!
A traditional Provençal recipe, pistou is made from southern ingredients: basil, garlic, and olive oil, traditionally pounded in a mortar. This recipe produces a creamy and flavorful result that can be incorporated into our Pistou and Parmesan AOP Croquets. A touch of Parmesan AOP, a traditional Italian cow's milk cheese, adds a bold and distinct flavor.
You will enjoy these Pistou and Parmesan AOP Croquets at aperitif time, to accompany, why not, a glass of chilled rosé, you can also add them to your salads or even your gazpachos in summer!
