It is one of the emblematic condiments of Mediterranean cuisine.
Hand-harvested in the Kalamata region, Kalios capers are of the so-called Lilliput caliber (the smallest on the market), which gives them a powerful but delicate taste that will adapt perfectly to all preparations.
A unique recipe from Kalios: the capers are marinated in our famous Petimezi balsamic vinegar for a very mild and slightly sweet result.
