Camembert de Normandie is one of the products with a Controlled Designation of Origin.

Made from raw milk, it is manually ladled to avoid breaking the curds, which promotes slow draining for better flavor development. Concentrated in flavor, it is slightly salty, combined with the sweetness and good taste of milk in an 11cm diameter cylinder adorned with a beautiful white bloomy rind.

ITS TEXTURE: Supple without softness

ITS TASTE: Fruity, a little spicy and becomes strong as it matures.
