A pale ale with delicate floral and fruity notes. It's an Alsatian hop that gives it these delicate flavors. The Pale Ale was brewed from exclusively French ingredients and it reveals a few surprises, including the experimental Alsatian hop (gs10) which gives it a hint of... mandarin. The LBF Pale Ale, not very strong, rolls down the contours of your palate, leaving notes of citrus: if we were you, we would enjoy it with an aperitif or a salad on the terrace.
