This sea salt comes from the Missolonghi basin, a protected natural area in northwest Greece. 100% natural and without added flavors, their purity and rarity make them exceptional salts. Pyramidal salts are the result of a rigorous process that involves collecting seawater over a given period of time to ensure their salinity remains constant. This seawater is then gently heated under specific temperature and pressure conditions to form a perfect pyramidal crystal. These pure salts reveal an exceptional crunch.

Its black color is obtained thanks to 100% natural squid ink which provides a salty and iodized taste.
