Sardines to pan-fry in churned butter
Freshly canned sardines at the peak of the season, rich in Omega 3. Sardines landed in Brittany (responsibly sourced). The fish is prepared by hand in Douarnenez. Sardines prepared with churned Breton butter. To enjoy these sardines, run the can under warm water to soften the butter and pour everything into the pan before heating over very low heat to preserve the tenderness of the flesh.
