Old-fashioned sardines in olive oil and confiterelle
Freshly canned sardines at the peak of the season, when they are at their tastiest and richest in Omega 3. Sardines landed in Brittany (responsibly sourced) and made the traditional way: the fish is prepared and canned by hand in Douarnenez. Confiterelles are sun-dried and candied tomatoes. Sunshine on the plate and a delight for the taste buds!
