This meze combines traditional Greek red peppers with tomatoes and Katiki, a PDO fresh cheese made from goat and sheep milk from the Domokos region. The peppers are baked at a high temperature. They are marinated overnight with the tomatoes and spices. This candied mixture is then blended with the fresh cheese to add a creamy texture.
