Balsamic Honey Mustard is a natural, mild, and fragrant mustard. Its recipe is healthy and transparent; it contains no sulfites or other additives. It is made with mustard seeds grown exclusively in France in partnership with farmers and prepared using a stone mill in our workshops.
The sweet mustard is enhanced by the sweet notes of flower honey and a hint of PGI balsamic vinegar from Modena, aged in wooden barrels using the traditional method.
