What is My Seasons Club?
My Seasons Club is our loyalty program offering a world of exclusive benefits and the ultimate Les Saisons experience. Our program is available in five tiers: Guest, Silver, Gold, Black, and Platinum.
With every purchase you make with us, you'll earn loyalty points. Once you've earned 500 points, you'll be eligible for a €10 voucher.
Is the My Seasons Club program free?
Membership in the My Seasons Club program is free.
How do I become a member of My Seasons Club?
To join our My Seasons Club program, simply create an online account in our online store.
How can I collect points with My Seasons The Club?
You earn between 1 and 4 points per euro spent, depending on your loyalty status. Once you've earned 500 points, you'll receive a €10 voucher, regardless of your status.
Please note that you do not collect points when paying with a voucher.
How long are My Seasons Le Club points valid for?
Your loyalty points are valid for one year.
How long are My Seasons Le Club vouchers valid for?
Your My Seasons Le Club vouchers are valid for two months from the date of issue.
When will my status be upgraded?
The more you spend at Les Saisons, the more exclusive benefits you'll gain. Your account will be upgraded once you reach the next level.
- Guest Status: up to €1,999.99 per year
- Silver status: from €2,000 to €5,999.99 per year
- Gold Status: from €6,000 to €11,999.99 per year
- Black Status: from €12,000 to €49,999.99 per year
- Platinum status: €50,000 and more
How do I plan my special day and benefit from my 10% discount?
Gold, Black, and Platinum members enjoy one to two special days, offering an exclusive 10% discount on all their shopping for the day.
