How do I track my order?

We'll send you an email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your order through the carrier's interface. If your order is delivered by Les Saisons, you'll have access to live tracking of your order's progress on the day of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been prepared, please contact our Customer Service.

If your order has already been prepared, you will need to request a return and refund after delivery. Please note that some items cannot be returned, and in this case, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

How will my order be protected?

As part of Les Saisons' Sustainable Development policy, your order will be packaged without plastic. We only use cardboard and other recyclable packaging.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

You are not required to create an account to place an order, however, we recommend creating a customer account to benefit from the My Seasons Le Club advantages and information easily accessible online.

Can I have gift wrapping with my order?

You can add gift wrapping to your cart. This service is charged extra.

Can I order by phone?

Our advisors are available from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please contact our Customer Service at +33 (0)9 72 79 63 63 .

Can I put my company name for the billing address?

If you are purchasing for your business, you may use their name and address for billing purposes. You must comply with all applicable legal requirements.

Please note that our My Seasons Le Club loyalty program is open to individuals only. The use of vouchers and the accumulation of points with an account used to make purchases on behalf of a company is prohibited. Any improper use of the account will result in the permanent deletion of the account and the loss of benefits. Contact our Business Services teams to benefit from tailor-made services and offers.
