Pastis de Nice® is made using the traditional methods of master liqueur makers: infusing plants in groups in alcohol at specific strengths and for specific times. These infusions, also called "tinctures," are then blended together to create a unique synergy as they mature. Once diluted, this blend is left to mature for a long time to naturally clarify, becoming the Pastis with its light, golden color, fine nose, and long finish that we all appreciate.
The secret of Pastis de Nice® is the result of a blend of ancestral know-how combined with a great deal of patience.
The original recipe has been secretly preserved for over 40 years.
