Sparkling like a Christmas bauble, luminous like a glass of champagne. It is made with rosé champagne with a light addition of white Muscat grapes, Pinot grapes, and Madagascar vanilla. The red fruit aromas specific to Maison Drappier, which supplied the champagne, fight like children under the tree to be the first to unwrap the Pinot Noir scents hidden by the wine as much as by the added grapes. The result is an ideal jam to offer with your grilled sea bass, your plate of Serrano ham, your toasted sandwiches, or your aunt from Deauville.
