Test recette

Ingredients:

  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 2 lbs on the ground Beef
  • 4 portobello mushroom caps
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp. dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Pour your ground meat into a bowl. Season it with salt, pepper, and whatever you like; you can add spices, Worcestershire sauce, or chilies.
  2. Shape your burgers into patties. Make your patties a little bigger than you'd like them later because the burgers will shrink a bit once you cook them.
  3. Oil your grill and grill or sear these patties. Cook them to your desired doneness (about 130-145ºF for medium-rare, about 1 minute per side for every inch of thickness).
  4. Add your cheese and toast your buns. Let the cheese melt while the burgers are still on the grill.
  5. Once your burgers are cooked and your cheese is melted and your buns are lightly charred, throw some condiments and toppings on those burgers.
