Dry cider produced in collaboration with a certified organic Norman producer. Apples selected at maturity, fermentation since October 2021, blending in January 2022, and extended natural secondary fermentation. A cider with a strong character, revealing subtle notes and elegant bitterness. Cuvée Juliette pays homage to the family heritage and the producer's history.
