Juan Arbelaez, chef of our Yaya restaurants, has selected Kalios Organic extra virgin olive oil for you. A single-variety oil produced from freshly harvested green Koroneiki olives at the very beginning of the season in Greece. It reveals aromas of fresh herbs and a subtle peppery finish.
